Description

This way of composting extends into the early time of Romans. Since it takes very little effort and time, it is very effective in a temperate climate like ours, that’s why this type of composting still retains today. Of course the way of composting has somewhat modernized in the meantime, but the compost is still a key ingredient in ecological farming and horticulture.

In contemporary gardening, compost bins are a mandatory part of equipment in  every garden or cultivariable area. Acquired compost is used as a additive for the soil improvement and as a fertilizer.

Compost is a rich natural plant growing substrate, which mixed with soil provides the plants the needed nutrients, therefore this kind of mixture is the best for transplanting plants.

For the most effective composting and a well processed compost, organic substances must remain lying at least a year before it is ready for use.

You can produce the best compost if you have the room for two smaller compost bins, that you alternately fill up every year. While the first filled compost bin rests, you can start filling up the second bin.
